Home care from a governing perspective.It is highly informational, and attendees leave with a better understanding of the elements involved. 

Madison Mayor and Madison Rotarian Bob Conley will give members a "state of the Borough" message.

District Governor and Madison Rotarian, Jeannie Tsukamoto, will brief members on District 7475 strategies, plans, issues, and actions.

Game Night at the Cheshire Home. Various board games and card games will be set out on tables and Rotarians will play games with the residents.

Residents are looking for an opportunity to meet new people and to have an evening of fun.

James Giresi, AIA, at the architectural firm Caton Clarke Hintz, will present status and plans for the update of the historic Presbyterian Church, most recently the Masonic Hall, now called the Heller Cener.

Members of Morristown Rotary's Veterans Valor Program will present their plans to create Healing Gardens of Morris for disabled veterans.

Madison Rotarian Joe Smith will present the current issues, plans, and strategies for increasing membership.

Lynn Favreau, Director, Madison Free Public Library, will upate members on the library's recent renovations and exciting plans for the future.

Caitlin Monck is a long-time volunteer for Dress for Success and will provide members with an overview of the organization, its mission, and its accomplishments.

A one-day District Conference filled with fun, inspirational messages, learning, service ideas, networking, international cuisine, an environmental theme, recognitions and much more will be held on Saturday, April 5 from 10am to 8pm at the Imperia Banquet and Conference Center in Franklin Township, conveniently located off 287. Alan Schultz, President of the nonprofit organization Pedals for Progress/Sewinmg Peace will describe his organization's mission and business model and how they work with Rotary organizations around the area.

Healing Gardens of Morris

The Veterans Valor project is a collaborative initiative led by the Morristown Rotary in partnership with the County of Morris and various New Jersey nonprofits. Our mission is to raise public awareness, support, and engagement for veterans and their families. Through our innovative programs, we aim to honor those who served and help facilitate their healing journey.

This will be similar to the game nights at Cheshire Home. Sunrise is located at 215 Madison Ave, Madison.  Let Barbara Lucas-Chin know if you can attend. It's just one hour and the interaction will mean a great deal to the residents.

Madison Rotary in partnership with the YMCA and the Red Cross will be hosting a blood drive from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Y. 

Kyle Becker is coordinating and will be there throughout, but we do need one volunteer per hour to assist. Contact Kyle if you can take a one hour shift starting at 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 o’clock (kbeckerhonda@gmail.com) The Red Cross will be also be bringing volunteers and staff. 

If you are able, please sign up to give blood. It takes 15 minutes and can save three lives. 

We would like to reach our goal of 55 units of blood
